Yan Zhou is a Procurement Specialist and Human Resource Specialist at Novalis® Innovative Flooring since June 2021, collaborating with manufacturing teams to create product documentation and libraries for US-manufactured products. Responsibilities include serving as the primary communication link with the China team in purchasing functions. Previously, Yan Zhou held the role of Executive Assistant to the President at Wellmade Performance Flooring and has extensive academic experience as a Professor of Mandarin Chinese at both Reinhardt University and Kennesaw State University from 2010 to 2021, focusing on language and cultural education. Yan Zhou holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Shandong University.
