Prior to this, Margo worked as Operations Manager at Mainsail Beach Inn from 2009 to June 2018, where responsibilities included enhancing guest experiences and overseeing daily operations. Margo's earlier experience includes a position as Long Term Care Billing Specialist at Unum from 2004 to 2009, focusing on financial processing and account reconciliation, and as Program Manager at Port Resources Inc from 1999 to 2004, empowering individuals with developmental challenges. Margo is an alumna of the University of Southern Maine.
