Ruben E. Melendez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations focused on value creation and emerging technologies. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of VALTICS, a Value-as-a-Service boutique firm, and the StrategyOps Institute, Melendez also holds the position of Strategic Partner at Global Lynx, where contributions include launching the company in the USA. As a pioneer in the EVC Framework, Melendez founded and led Glomark-Governan for over two decades, providing services and solutions to high-level executives. Previous roles include significant marketing and sales leadership positions at ABB and Combustion Engineering, alongside a successful sales career at AccuRay Corporation. Melendez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an educational background in Accounting and Finance.
