Khelil Achraf is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, IT security, and software development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Neopolis Development since April 2018, Khelil focuses on data manipulation and innovative BMP/CRM/IA solutions. Additionally, Khelil has been a University Professor at Faculté des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion de Nabeul since March 2015, providing voluntary IT education. Khelil's consulting work in telecommunications and IT security, which began in January 2011, includes securing communications for military and government entities. As a co-founder of Néopolis Corp from January 2017 to June 2022, Khelil contributed to various projects in insurance and finance. Previous roles include CTO at SODEDIF, technical consultant at dopweb, and project manager at Eurocom, among others. Khelil holds a Master’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Université de Moncton and an Advanced Technician's certificate from ISET Nabeul.
