Mehreen Kamal completed their early education at Convent of Jesus and Mary, Lahore from 2005 to 2015. Mehreen then attended Lahore Grammar School, where they obtained a Cambridge O Level qualification from 2015 to 2017. Subsequently, they continued their education at Oakton High School, earning an Advanced Studies Diploma from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Mehreen is pursuing a degree in Biology at Boston University, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2024.
