Jacek Gruchalski is a Certified Interim Manager® with significant experience in the Retail/FMCG and Production sectors. Since 2019, Jacek has been associated with the Polish Interim Managers Association (SIM), contributing to the development of Interim Management in Poland. Jacek has held various strategic roles, including Strategic Advisor at Inventity Foundation and Interim Procurement Manager at Sunningwell International, while demonstrating a strong track record in project leadership, negotiations, and optimizing supply chains. Previous roles include Buying and Category Management Director at Grupa TVN and General Merchandise Manager at Toys"R"Us, where Jacek achieved substantial business growth and operational improvements. Jacek's educational background includes a Magister degree from the University of Warsaw.
