Joe Lennon is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Stout NYC Hospitality Group, managing HR operations for 16 hospitality concepts with over 600 employees since February 2021. Previously, Joe held HR leadership roles at FREEHOLD Hospitality and Two Boots, overseeing HR functions across multiple locations and ensuring legal compliance. Joe has also provided HR consulting services since January 2018, focusing on recruitment and HRIS implementation. Early career experiences include management positions at Berg’n, Le Pain Quotidien, two8two Bar & Burger, and Firebrick Food Group, where Joe developed expertise in cost control, training, and HR policy implementation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington and pursued Arabic language studies at The American University in Cairo.
