John Merna has extensive experience in sales and management across multiple organizations. Currently, as a Sales Consultant at Merna Sales and a Sales Trainer at Storm Guard Roofing and Construction, John is responsible for developing sales expertise within teams. Previously, John served as a Sales Representative at Storm Works Roofing & Restoration, where in-home sales of exterior products were a focus. As a Sales Manager at Erickson Foundation Supportworks, John successfully managed a team of 13, driving over 1 million in revenue per representative and implementing effective training programs. Additionally, at Storm Guard Roofing and Construction, John was instrumental in launching the Boston location, growing the business to 5 million per year while managing and training a team of 8-10 individuals.
