Crystal Papino is an experienced Corporate Sales Manager, currently serving at Graduate Hotels since May 2015 and at The Providence Biltmore Hotel since April 2011. In addition to the management role at The Providence Biltmore Hotel, Crystal held the position of Executive Sales Administrator, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to executive staff and delivering comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key metrics and trends. Crystal is an alumna of Rhode Island College.
