Hamish Lamont is a seasoned professional in property development and asset management, currently serving as Senior Acquisitions and Development Manager at StorHub Self Storage since September 2022, focusing on expansion into the Australian self-storage market. Prior experience includes over nine years at Tipalea Partners in various roles, including Senior Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed development management, asset management, and due diligence for commercial, retail, and industrial projects. Additional experience includes roles as a Registered Property Valuer with Paris and Porter and Urbis, where expertise involved special use property valuations and rent negotiations. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Business in Property from Western Sydney University and is an Associate Member and Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute.
