Harold Albaugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and project management. Harold has worked in various industries including property management, construction, and the military. Harold has held positions such as Director of Operations at Associa, Founder of a blockchain management company, and Senior Construction Field Manager at SMS Assist. Harold has also worked as a Renovations Project Manager at Opendoor and a Construction Project Manager/Estimator at Questar Construction. Prior to their civilian career, Harold served in the US Army where they held positions such as Senior Operations/Program Manager and Transportation Manager. Harold is known for their expertise in driving strategic initiatives, managing teams, and improving operational processes. Harold holds certifications including PMP®, LSSBB, and PSM.

Harold Albaugh, PMP®, LSSBB, PSM, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, which they earned from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Technical Management with a concentration in Project Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
