Tanja Drvoshanova-Eliskovska has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Domestic Payments Operations Associate and Senior Credit Risk Officer on Unsecured Loans at Stopanska banka AD in Skopje since May 2005. In this role, Tanja oversees the accuracy of credit proposals, ensures compliance with internal credit policies and regulations, performs financial analysis and credit risk assessments, and makes final decisions on credit requests. Tanja is also a member of the Credit Committee's second level of authority and is proactive in proposing improvements for the Retail Credit Risk Division. Prior to this, Tanja held various positions within the credit risk division and worked as a Sales Manager Assistant at Bauart Consulting. Tanja holds an MSc in Economics with a focus on Monetary Economy and a BBA in International Economics from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
