Janet Brown-Sederberg has extensive experience in academia and accounting, serving as a tenured Professor in the Department of Computer Technology and Information Management at Massasoit Community College since 2001, specializing in undergraduate courses in Java, Python, and Data Science. Additionally, Janet holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Stonehill College and previously at Bridgewater State University, teaching subjects that include Computer Security and Computer Architecture. Prior to a career in education, Janet worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Manager/Field Agent, overseeing audits, and held positions in accounting at Bridgewater State College and the University of Massachusetts - Boston, where educational programs in Information Technology were developed and coordinated. Education includes a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Stonehill College, an M.S. in Computer Science from Bridgewater State University, and certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
