Michelle also has a Bachelors Degree in Social and Environmental Studies, with a minor in Geography from the University of Washington. In 2004, Michelle obtained a Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness and Diversity from United Way of King County (Project LEAD), and in 2002, they received a Certificate from the Seattle Police Department's Academy. Additionally, Michelle has an ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
