Dana Schubert has extensive experience in technical services, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at STI Computer Services since November 1996. In this role, Dana manages the daily operations of a high-volume call center and utilizes managed services software to proactively support client networks. Prior to this position, Dana worked as a POS Coordinator at The Franklin Mint from 1992 to 1996.
