Rhett Cavicchi has extensive work experience in labor relations and human resources. Rhett currently holds the position of Vice President of Labor Relations at Steward Health Care since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Good Samaritan Medical Center from December 2017 to November 2018. From July 2015 to December 2017, they were the Director of Human Resources at Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Labor Relations at Commonwealth of Massachusetts from May 2012 to July 2015. Before joining the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Rhett held the position of Labor Relations Manager at Commonwealth of Massachusetts/EOHHS from August 2005 to April 2012. Rhett began their career as an Account Executive at Jon Jay Associates in 1996, where they worked until 2005.

Rhett Cavicchi attended Ripon College from 1987 to 1991, but did not receive a degree. Rhett later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) at Suffolk University Law School from 1993 to 1996.
