David Mohr MD is a distinguished leader in clinical informatics and transformation, currently serving as the Vice President for Clinical Informatics and Transformation at Sentara Healthcare since September 2012. Prior to this role, David Mohr held the position of Medical Director for Information Management at Mayo Clinic from January 2010 to August 2012. David Mohr's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine, along with comprehensive training from Harvard Medical School and the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Additionally, David Mohr earned a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rice University.
