Elise Garrido is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical and chemical industries, currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Engineering at Sterling Pharma Solutions since August 2023. Previously, at Biogen from October 2021 to June 2023, Elise led a team of nine engineers within the upstream process engineering group, supporting a biological drug substance manufacturing facility. Prior roles include directing reagent manufacturing teams at HemoSonics, LLC and Meso Scale Discovery, where Elise oversaw the production of FDA-approved medical devices and biological products, respectively. Elise's early career includes positions as an organic chemist at Positron Gallery and an assistant scientist at Schering-Plough Research Institute, contributing to medicinal chemistry research.
