Kimberly Williams is the SBC Permanent Housing Assistant Program Manager at Step Up on Second. Kimberly has previous experience as an account representative and enumerator.

Kimberly Williams has been with Step Up on Second for over two years, and in that time they have been a vital part of the team. As Permanent Housing Assistant Program Manager, Kimberly is responsible for assisting with the placement of externs and coordinating career fairs and Program Advisory Committee meetings. Prior to their current position, Kimberly was an Account Representative with Corinthian Colleges, where they were responsible for developing and managing employer accounts, conducting site visits, coordinating with peers to place graduates in their field of employment, and following up on leads. Kimberly also has experience as an enumerator with the United States Census Bureau, where they were responsible for planning work by reviewing assignment areas, conducting interviews with residents, maintaining records of hours worked and units produced, and meeting daily with their supervisor.

Kimberly Williams has a management certification from Barstow Community College in Business.
