David Thompson possesses extensive experience in program management and student support, currently serving as a Program Manager at NPower Canada since December 2022. Prior to this role, David contributed to the Dell Young Leaders Program at the University of Pretoria, overseeing its operational delivery and providing comprehensive support to two hundred active students for nearly nine years. David's earlier career includes establishing the Career Centre at Varsity College, where responsibilities included aiding students in securing employment and developing relationships with industry leaders. David's academic background includes a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a BPsych degree from the University of Pretoria.
