Michael Tsingo is an experienced web services professional with a strong background in digital strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Web Services at STEP since March 2014, Michael leads the delivery of web services aligned with business objectives, manages a diverse team, and oversees project implementations. Previously, as Website Manager at AVERT, Michael spearheaded significant digital transformations, including technology migrations and content strategy redefinitions while engaging with major stakeholders. Additional roles at Study Group, British Film Institute, PACE Careers, and Wits Health Consortium have further developed Michael's expertise in web management, online communications, and stakeholder engagement. Michael holds an M.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and a B.A. Hons in English and Communication from Midlands State University.
