Lee Hester has extensive experience in operational leadership and analytics within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as AVP of Capability Development at STEM since February 2017, Lee ensures high-quality project delivery and effective business development while leading onboarding efforts for new team members. Previous roles at STEM include Director of Operations and Analytics North America and Project Director, focusing on project management, client relationships, and data analysis. Prior to STEM, Lee held several leadership positions at AstraZeneca, including Sr. Market Insight Leader, where responsibilities included managing teams and developing strategic insights for sales. Lee began a career in recruitment at Metro Information Services and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University.
