Andy Hart, PMP, is a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer at Stellar Solutions since September 2006, providing essential support to operational activities and national customers. Prior to this role, Andy served in the United States Air Force from July 2003 to August 2006 as a Mission Director and Program Manager for various projects, including Future Comm Tech Transition and Directed Energy T&E Architecture. Earlier career experience includes a position as PEM at SAF/AQS from 1998 to 2001. Andy holds a BS in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, and completed high school at Westwood High School.
