Tobin J. Williams serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Stellantis, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Williams was the Vice President of Human Resources at ProMedica from January 2020 to January 2022. Williams has extensive experience at General Motors, spanning 2003 to 2020, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources for South America, Executive Director of Human Resources Corporate Staffs and HR Transformation, and Director of Organizational Capability, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Local Government Administration, both obtained from Central Michigan University.
