Daniel Sims possesses extensive experience in logistics and customer service within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Logistics & Customer Service Pillar Lead for the WCM Central Team at Stellantis since January 2020, Daniel previously worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where roles included WCMA Logistics & Customer Service Trainer and Logistics Technical Planner, among others. Prior to this, Daniel held the position of IT Software Engineer at JCPenney from February 2001 to May 2012. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed in 2000.
