Drina McHone has extensive experience in customer support and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Dealership Performance 360 CRM since October 2021. McHone has worked at Kingspan Insulation North America since December 2014, holding positions as CRM Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities include managing phone inquiries, supporting sales processes, organizing sample distributions, and maintaining document storage systems. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at Habitat for Humanity Detroit from January 2019 to November 2021 and as Secretary at Pactiv, LLC in early 2014.
