Joel Hunsley has extensive work experience in software development and technical support roles.

Joel started their career at IDM in 2006, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer, investigating and resolving problems within codebases and scripts. Joel also provided 24/7 on-call support and performed system maintenance and patching. In this role, they wrote work instructions for complex tasks.

In 2008, Joel moved on to Haemonetics, where they became a Software Engineer II. Joel developed and tested medical software regulated under 21 CFR 860 and wrote technical specifications. Joel also created training materials and conducted training sessions for internal and customer employees.

In 2010, Joel joined Strata Decision Technology as a Developer. Joel contributed to the development of budgeting and financial planning software for the healthcare industry. Joel also worked on productivity-enhancing internal tools and was responsible for maintaining and improving the automated build process.

Since 2012, Joel has been working at SteelSeries. Joel initially joined as a Developer and later progressed to the role of Senior Developer. Currently, they serve as the Lead Developer. Further details about their roles at SteelSeries are not provided.
