Martin Lingner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martin co-founded Steamery in 2014, focusing on providing clothes steamers to customers. Prior to that, they founded Solgunga - Rocking Deck Chairs in 2012, specializing in deck chair production. Martin also served as Director Nordic at Bole Ltd from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on wooden floors and furniture in harmony with nature. Martin briefly worked as a Partner at Stanton Chase International: Executive Search Consultants in 2014. Martin's previous experience includes roles as Director Asia Pacific at Universum in 2011 and Shanghai Office Sales Manager at Swedish Trade Council from 2009 to 2011, where they advised Swedish companies on doing business in China. Martin also worked at Accenture as a Talent and Organization Performance Consultant and Resources Analyst from 2005 to 2008, specializing in talent management and career development. Martin's early experience includes being the CEO of Lunicore Studentkonsult, the main student consulting firm in Lund, from 2003 to 2004. Overall, Martin has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience in various leadership and consultancy roles.

Martin Lingner earned their MSc degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, and Finance from Lund University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Business Administration and Finance.
