Emma Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Staughton Group since November 2018, Emma has held various leadership roles including General Manager People and Culture and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Staughton Group, Emma worked at Aspire Support Services as Human Resource and Quality Manager and held the position of Human Resources Officer - Workforce Resourcing at AlburyCity. Emma's career began in the early 2000s with roles in styling and executive assistance. Educationally, Emma holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University, along with multiple diplomas in Human Resources Management and Management from Wodonga Tafe.
