Caroline Womer is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and corporate law, currently serving as Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Covetrus since March 2019. In this role, Caroline collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulations, maintains knowledge of relevant laws, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance business practices. Previously, Caroline held positions as Senior Corporate Paralegal and Corporate Paralegal at Covetrus and JPMorgan Chase & Co., respectively, where responsibilities included managing SEC filings and corporate governance tasks. Caroline’s career also includes experience as a Senior Paralegal at McDermott Will & Emery, and an early role as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Delaware.
