Jessica Owens is a Digital Video Producer/Editor currently working at The State of New York. Jessica has previous experience in various roles such as Freelance Producer, Director, Videographer, Video Editor, and Associate Producer at organizations like NYC Department of Education, Be Here Now Productions, and Grand Prix Cafe, Inc. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Pace University-New York and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Georgetown University. Jessica is also certified in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas and has completed professional programs in Screenwriting and Cinematic Structure at New York University.
