Kathy Slater PMP, CSM, SA, CC is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading integration projects within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Starwood Hotel and Resorts since March 2007, Kathy manages the Enterprise Directory System to Identity Access Management integration project, and has played a pivotal role in the integration of Starwood and Marriott's HR/Payroll systems. Previous experience includes roles at Fujifilm Medical Systems as a consultant and at Diageo Inc as a Delivery Project Manager, where involvement spanned all phases of the project life cycle. Kathy began a career in IT as a Systems Analyst at Prodigy and holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John's University.
