María Graciela Trincado Sepúlveda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Chief Operations Officer at Codify since June 2021, María Graciela focuses on integrating strategy, structure, and personnel to maximize business potential. In addition to mentoring startups through Start-Up Chile and providing academic advisory at both Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, María Graciela's prior roles include significant positions at CODELCO and Chilquinta Energía, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
