Leonard Ross possesses extensive experience in security management and music education. Currently serving as the Director of Security and Field Service Manager at Stark Patrol since March 2020, Leonard oversees recruitment, training, employee performance management, and incident management. As the Proprietor and Curriculum Coordinator of Security Tactics Academy LLC since November 2016, Leonard contributes to developing security training programs. Previous roles include Captain at Allied Universal, Account Manager at Guardsmark, and Low Brass Instructor within multiple school districts. Leonard's educational background includes a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Sam Houston State University, a Bachelor's degree in Music from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and an Associate's degree from Alvin Community College.
