Enrico Tollis currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at SecurityScorecard, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Enrico was the Chief Customer Officer at OpenWeb from February 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing customer success and support teams for media companies. Enrico also held various leadership positions at Operative from October 2007 to February 2019, including Chief Services Officer, focusing on global customer success and managed services. Earlier experience includes roles at BRdata Software Solutions, progressing from Software Support Specialist to Software Implementation Manager. Enrico holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Oneonta, a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, and a PMP Certificate from the Project Management Institute.
