Neil Oltmer possesses extensive experience in project management and military maintenance. Since July 2014, Neil has served as the Hardsurface Project Manager at Star Lumber, where responsibilities include overseeing various projects. Concurrently, Neil has been a Structural Journeyman in the United States Air Force since January 2004, focusing on base facility maintenance and steel fabrication. Additionally, Neil has served as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Attack Aircraft Crew Chief. Neil's educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force from 2003 to 2004.
