Simon Craythorn BA (Hons) serves as the Strategy and Intelligence Manager at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Simon held the role of Head of Learning and Development from November 2020 to January 2023, and served as Station Manager from January 2012 to November 2020, focusing on organizational assurance and personnel management. With experience as a Group Manager, Simon has delivered prevention, protection, and response services, and led initiatives to establish community facilities aimed at enhancing public health and safety education. Simon's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Sport & Recreation Studies from the University of Staffordshire and education at King Edward Sixth Camp Hill School for Boys in Birmingham.
