Adam Tapia has extensive work experience in both the private and military sectors. Adam began their career at Staffing Synergies in 2021, where they held the position of Director of Business Development until August 2023. Following this, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development.

Prior to their work at Staffing Synergies, Adam Tapia served in the US Army from 2015. Adam'sroles in the military included Force Development Specialist, Aide de Camp, Executive Officer, Forward Logistics Element Commander, Maintenance Control Officer, and Automotive Platoon Leader. Adam also attended the Student Army Logistics University during their time in the army.

Adam Tapia completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in the years 2011 to 2015. Adam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business from 2022 to 2024.
