Rose Schaer currently serves as a Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at Stack Overflow since September 2018, focusing on coaching team members and managing customer journeys in digital advertising. Prior to this role, Rose held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager, overseeing a portfolio of digital advertising campaigns for Google and Amazon Web Services. Previously, Rose was the Senior eCommerce Sourcing Manager at Crunchyroll, Inc., managing a substantial eCommerce business and collaborating with vendors on marketing strategies. Rose began a career in sales as a Senior Sales Manager at Penguin Random House, maintaining a diverse client base. Rose holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware.
