Nicole Brady MD, MBA, is a seasoned medical professional currently serving as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Individual & Specialty at UnitedHealthcare since September 2024, where responsibilities include leading national clinical initiatives for various plans. Since 2007, Nicole has also held the position of Medical Director at St. Paul Elder Services, providing oversight for a skilled nursing facility with a focus on dementia care and rehabilitation. Additional experience includes being a Family Physician with Ascension Medical Group and previous roles as Medical Director and Regional Vice President at Ascension and Network Health WI. Academically, Nicole earned a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin, an MBA from Capella University, and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
