Mark Dickson is a seasoned professional in network engineering with extensive experience in leading complex network transformation projects and enhancing network performance across diverse healthcare environments. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Network Engineering at Providence, Mark spearheaded a self-funded SD-WAN migration project, achieving significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency. Mark has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager in WAN Services, where successful standardization efforts benefited hundreds of facilities. Prior to Providence, Mark demonstrated expertise at Energy Northwest and DHL Worldwide Express, focusing on critical network systems and incident management. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Network Defense and an Associate’s degree in Cisco Network Technology.
