Courtney Duckworth is a seasoned professional in prospect development and donor engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Prospect Development & Relational Operations at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since September 2016. With extensive experience in nonprofit organizations, Courtney previously held multiple senior roles at Cleveland Clinic and spent over a decade at ALSAC/St. Jude, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Prospect Research to Manager of Prospect Research. Courtney's early career also includes positions at Greene Animal Hospital. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Memphis.
