Elina Vartanyan Parekh

Associate Vice President, Ops Transformation at Radiology Partners

Elina Vartanyan Parekh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Elina began their career as an intern to the CEO at Venice Family Clinic in 2009. From there, they worked as an Administrative Resident at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, where they supported the hospital President and completed projects related to process improvement and vendor management.

In 2011, Elina joined COPE Health Solutions, initially as a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert in Health Care Talent Innovations, and later as a Regional Director. In these roles, they were responsible for business development, strategic planning, and client relationships, as well as overseeing service line managers. Elina achieved notable successes, including securing new revenue through service line contracts and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.

Elina then joined ApolloMD in 2014 as the Vice President of Operations, where they managed operations for Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Anesthesia services across multiple states. Their responsibilities included staffing, contract development, payroll management, and collaboration with clients to drive operational efficiencies and satisfaction.

In 2016, Elina joined Northside Radiology Associates as the Director of Operations, overseeing operational aspects of the company's radiology practice.

Most recently, they joined Radiology Partners in 2019. Initially, they served as the Director of Practice Excellence before being promoted to Associate Vice President of Ops Transformation. In these roles, they contribute to transforming and optimizing operations within the organization.

Elina Vartanyan Parekh has obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physiological Science from UCLA.
