Danielle O'Keefe currently serves as the Outpatient Services Administration Manager, Advanced Diagnostics Non-clinical Lead, NHS Lead, and Senior Patient Advisor at St Joseph's Hospital since July 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Theatre Assistant during the Covid-19 pandemic at NHS Wales from May 2020 to July 2020 and as Cabin Crew for British Airways from April 2018 to September 2019. Danielle earned a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Bristol between September 2021 and September 2023, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Swansea University from 2014 to 2017.
