Gilles EYZAT is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in system-on-chip (SoC) architecture and digital design. Currently serving as the SoC Architecture Manager at ST-Ericsson since January 2001, EYZAT has led the architectural design of the NovaThor U8500 STE solution and the AP9540 application engine, focusing on performance optimization across various components. Prior to ST-Ericsson, EYZAT worked as a Digital Design Leader at Alcatel from 1992 to 2001. EYZAT holds an engineering degree in Electronics from ESIEE Paris and a Master’s degree in Electronics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
