Alona Shalieieva is a professional with significant experience in quality assurance and customer support. Currently serving as a Manual QA at Four Ages Software since August 2020, Alona also holds the position of Head of Customer Support at GetProspect since February 2019. Alona Shalieieva holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Central European University, obtained between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Kyiv National Linguistic University, achieved from 2012 to 2016.
