Hank Kerschen currently serves as President of the St. Elizabeth Provider Network, leading efforts to integrate employed and independent physicians to enhance patient health through quality initiatives and care management. Prior to this role, Hank was Vice President of Clinical Transformation at St. Elizabeth Physicians, where responsibilities included overseeing population health initiatives and managing operations for over 250 providers across various care services. Hank's previous experience at TriHealth involved several leadership positions, including Director of Practice Transformation and Senior Consultant roles, where significant contributions were made to primary care performance and implementation of the CMS Innovation Center's Comprehensive Primary Care initiative. Hank Kerschen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University.
