Andrew Barnes has a diverse background in healthcare and public service, currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager in Provider Relations & Network Management at HealthPartners since January 2013. Prior roles at HealthPartners include Contract Manager and Contract Consultant, where a focus on member comfort and understanding of health insurance has been paramount. Earlier experience includes working for Minnesota HRCC as Field Staff during an election campaign, interning at the Minnesota House of Representatives, and providing personal care assistance at Orion ISO and Lifeworks Services, Inc. Andrew Barnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science from Bethel University.
