Sue Pronschinske has extensive experience in Human Resources and Operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Knitcraft Corporation since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR and operational activities for a men's apparel manufacturing company. Prior to this role, Sue held various HR positions at Thern Inc. from March 2000 to September 2019, culminating in the role of Human Resources Manager, where duties encompassed employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and safety management. Sue Pronschinske earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Winona State University between 1986 and 1991.
