William Aldrich has a diverse work experience in technical support and technology roles. William started their career in 2006 at Staples as a Certified On-Site Technician, where they provided technology support, performed installations, and offered troubleshooting services. In 2013, they worked as a Technician at Alexander Technology Group for a brief period. Later in 2013, they joined SRS Medical as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided worldwide service to clients, answered inquiries, and resolved customer and equipment issues. William was promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist in 2019 at SRS Medical, where they also performed software/hardware QA testing and assisted in the development of company policies and procedures.
William Aldrich completed their education in aviation and aeronautics. William first attended North Shore Community College from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Aeronautics, Aviation, and Aerospace Science and Technology. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Daniel Webster College from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. In addition to their formal education, William Aldrich obtained certifications such as Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in February 2020 and a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2005.
